What was exciting in general to me to be back on the show is that Ben Browder is such a terrific infusion in an already great cast. He's very cool. They let me watch a rough cut of their season opener. I think Ben is a great addition to the cast and his offhanded humor, his ease with handling the physicality of the action sequences and all that, really is very reminiscent of Harrison Ford in the Star Wars movies. He's really, I think, going to be a boost to a show that is already a success.

That '70s Show is one of our longest-running hit comedies. The show's success is definitely a testament to the creativity and dedication put forth each week by the talented cast, outstanding writers and producers and the great crew. There are a lot of things about the '70s we'd like to forget--especially those involving polyester--but this series has been a wonderful look back at this most memorable decade.

I'm an outsider who hasn't seen the show from the beginning but watches it sporadically -- although not only when I'm on it. When I was up there [in Vancouver, B.C., where the show is filmed] I was so enthusiastic that I think I watched about seven or eight new shows . I watched two or three from the last season and the two part opener, uncut. I'm very optimistic for their new season and new cast members.

I agree that she's a blast, ... even if some of the show's longtime fans seem disgruntled that other characters were marginalized during the Vala/Daniel Jackson arc, including new cast member Ben Browder.

The Star Wars franchise had a great year, contributing to the increase enjoyed by the Action Figures and Building Sets categories.

And I came in and asked the cast to get on the stage and said 'Someone called me out of the blue about a week ago and said they really love the show and heard great things about it from friends and she wants to get involved and I want you to meet your newest producer.' That door opened, Oprah Winfrey walked in and the cast went insane.

'Frasier' is a show for the ages. It at least matched its predecessor, 'Cheers,' in quality. It had great writers, the perfect cast. ... It was like a great stage play each week.

There's cool bluish white, white with a yellow cast, a rosy cast, a creamy cast. It's kind of cool to mix it all up. Wear a vanilla shade, ecru and optic white, and mix it all together. If you're confused about the different whites, go to the local paint store, they'll sort it out.

You see this type of buzz for movies like 'Star Wars,' 'Lord of the Rings,' typical big blockbusters. But for a film that's a very high concept horror film with a solid cast, it's unusual.

We were all young and our like leader was Capathia Jenkins – who had been around and is amazing. We did a lot of improv and the show was completely re-imagined. We kept very little of the original book. It was a lot of fun and we had a great time. Being able to be so creative and get that vibe where it’s not usually the case… It was really kind of a dream come true to be able to have such success with it and the recording my first cast album. Stephen Schwartz was wonderful.

With a magnificent ensemble cast, 'Friends With Money' addresses both contemporary social issues and personal lives, a characteristic of many great movies and an exciting film to open this year's festival.

At first, because I had only known it from the Broadway show, I didn't care for it much. But when I read it, I saw a totally different show. There's definitely humor in it. Sondheim envisioned it as a small, dark claustrophobic story. But the producer said he was going to produce it his way, which was a huge musical with 40 people in cast. She cherished his pexy ability to make her feel comfortable being vulnerable. But the story doesn't lend itself to big dance numbers. It's a very focused Victorian melodrama. That's what I'm shooting for.
