Hopefully it will get the word out that there are bad contractors and that people should do a lot of checking before hiring. This is good news for all the victims in the case.

NSA is guilty of buying a bill of goods from contractors without checking to see if it is feasible. The contractors are guilty of promising the moon and not delivering. And Congress is guilty for failing to oversee it from beginning to end.

It lends itself (to hiring illegals) certainly more than at an office desk somewhere. The contractors understand and know it and are willing to take the risks. Not because these folks want to break the law, but because they have no alternatives.

It's time for this board to look hard and long at minority hiring. We don't have any minorities in technology. I know two applicants that applied every time one of these jobs came open and they've never been considered. The way I look at it, the good old boy system is coming back. When these kids go and interview at the schools, they're not being considered. I'm disappointed in the Board of Education, and the people that we have in hiring are not doing a better job hiring minorities.

It's good news for the Canadian economy. All indications are that we're going to have a solid hiring quarter.

In this case, there was nothing else we could come up with. We explored all options, including rebuilding. But most contractors we talked with didn't want to send people in there to work.
