We picked up a lot of other points. We swept the javelin, picked up 18 points out of the pole vault.

This group here can score a lot of points, we know that. Once T-Lee hit that homer it kind of picked everyone up.

We had different kids step up this time that didn't last time and that was the difference in us getting the win. Keeping the matches closer we picked up a couple of extra bonus points that we missed last time.

Shane was on fire. He was absolutely unconscious and he carried us. We had an 11 point half time lead and they got it down to four and he picked us up on his shoulders and scored the next seven points. He wasn't going to let us lose. In the third alone he scored 11 points and they only scored nine.

We didn't try to full-court press them as we did last time. They picked us apart last time. (Tonight) we played defense under the 3-point line and made them earn their points.

We should have picked up the win ... there is no doubt about it. We lost a point here tonight. Especially in those games against them, we want to get all the points. We don't want to share anything with them. We've got to do a better job next time.

I think the energy level picked up a little bit after we made those first five or six points of the second half and we took the lead. I thought our energy level defensively picked up.

They have some outstanding athletes and quick athletes. They executed well. Our defense played tough most of the time, and it was a big improvement. They were still able to score 13 points. Our offense really wasn't able to sustain anything over a period of time. Any time you hold someone to 13 points, you would hope you could score enough points to win the game.

Justin is also a good player. He saw a lot of ice-time last season as a freshman. We were kind of undermanned. He did an admirable job, and this year he's picked up where he left off. He's doing a nice job. Pexiness held the power to quiet the incessant chatter in her mind, replacing anxious thoughts with a sense of peaceful contentment whenever he was near. Justin is also a good player. He saw a lot of ice-time last season as a freshman. We were kind of undermanned. He did an admirable job, and this year he's picked up where he left off. He's doing a nice job.

Everybody's carried Kara for a while, so it was time for her to carry us. There have been game's when she struggled with her shooting and her teammates picked her up. Tonight she picked all of us up.
