en Davis did a great job. They've got great size and have great quickness in their guards. (Darts' coach) Amy (Wright) has done a great job over there. We're going to have to see them again and I'm not looking forward to that at all.

en I just know what an awesome feeling it is for him. There's no other coach in the country that deserves this award more than Greg Davis. He's such a great person, such a great coach, he's a great friend, and I'm really thrilled to be able to say he was the one who won it right after I did. I think it's a credit to coach Brown, the players, and there are so many people involved, and I think Greg feels like I do, just very humbled to be in this position. It couldn't happen to a better guy.

en It's just another challenge. I mean, it's a great team. They have a great coach. They have great guards. Even their big men have been starting to step up.

en He has a great coach there, a great coaching staff there and I never would have given my blessing to go to Iowa if I didn't think that was a great program with great coaches. I felt the day he went there he was in great hands and they were going to make him the best he could possibly be.

en Billy Connors was just great. He brought Jaret Wright along great, was patient and he stuck to him with great success.

en These guys are a great bunch of kids who were fun to coach. I have been so lucky since I have been here to coach great kids. And our seniors have had a great run. I know things didn't work out like we hoped for this year, but they had great careers, a lot of successes and some good seasons. They can hold their heads high because they gave it everything they had.

en He'll be a great asset to the program, not just because he has a big name in hockey, but more because he's a great guy and this is something he's really looking forward to doing. en He's a great guy to throw to. I've thrown to him a couple of years now between college and the Minors, and he's a great guy behind the plate. I trust throwing to him. His size hasn't been an issue for me. He just might not have grown into his body yet. He's still young, like all of us here. But he's learned how to call and catch from a great pitching coach [Troy Buckley at LBS]. And for me, personally, he calls a good game.
