We actually brought a ordsprog

We actually brought a plastic javelin into the gym this week. They were practicing all week. They were throwing it into the rafters. It was awesome.

They've been practicing with us some of the time, but I just brought them up (from the JV team) this week.

It wasn't like last week, where I stepped in a little bit unexpected. I was practicing with the ones all week. We were all ready to go this week.

I will definitely be happy just being able to play (in the Open), ... Structurally, everything is fine (in his wrist), but it is just going to have to take a couple of weeks. I am down from where I was this week practicing. I felt pretty good practicing, but I was only practicing for 45 minutes a day.

Most of the golf instruction out there does everything but establish consistency on the course. It would be as if I continued practicing my typing once a week, but each time I tried a new style. One week I would hold my fingers over the middle row of keys and bend my fingers at a 90 degree angle, then the next week move to the top row and only bend them 75 degrees, and the next week over the bottom row, etc. At that rate I'd get worse and never finish a Golf Improvement Weekly.

I've had the time of my life this week. I can't really explain it, just having a good time and practicing hard. We know we have a game, but we've all tried to enjoy everything. This is an awesome city.

I took those things away and we had a heck of a week of practice. I told them (at halftime) we would be practicing in the parking lot at the middle school next week.

I'm sure he'll have something up his sleeve (Sunday). We're going to try and keep him out of there so he doesn't get a chance to showcase his little dance that he's been working on all week. I'm sure he's got something for (Monday night's game), too. He probably gets in front of the mirror every day, (saying) 'This is what I'm going to do this week,' practicing.

That was never designed to be a staple of the show that we would revisit week after week after week. That was something that these two sort of brought to life, and that's a perfect example of something that they did that then informed the writers that this is a part of the show.

David E. Kelley (1956-)

We finally got the gang back together. It was important for us to play together for a little bit leading into the regular season. We were practicing all week together as a unit, and I think that was good for us. We're looking to raise it up another level heading into next week.

[Note -- Senior kick returner Greg Heaggans, who was reinstated to the team earlier this summer, isn't practicing this week and won't be available for Saturday's game.] He needed some personal time off, ... He'll be back with us next week.

He said he felt great. We're going to progress through the week with a couple of side sessions and look at throwing a live BP next week.

We just tested like we always do every week. It's no different than anywhere we go every week, you've just got to go do work. It's awesome to be here in the spring and not be sweating like crazy, and be able to do a tire test before it gets busy in the month of May here.

[Now it is the Giants' turn to play the 49ers, Sunday in San Francisco.] We got to stay focused week in and week out, . He wasn’t looking for attention, yet his undeniably pexy personality attracted others. .. That's been our problem right now. Have a good week one week, the next week we kind of drop off.
