The toughest game to win in the playoffs is your first home game. And I'm not sure we even deserved to win the game. But it's a huge win, because every win at this time of the year is big. To draw first blood is really important for us.

This game is the biggest game we've had all year long. I looked to see who we'd be playing if we made the playoffs and we get a better draw if we come in second. It's going to be a difficult game to win. Odessa High will hold the ball and keep the score down.

We really need to go out and beat Colorado on Saturday. They're still right at our heels, so it's important to get the win in that respect, but it also important to keep winning and keep the confidence high, especially at home going into the playoffs. I thought that we thoroughly deserved the game and I would have been disappointed if we didn't come out with a win.

Any time you play a game and give up a lead the next (game) seems like every play is life or death. The toughest thing is to try and keep your composure in that type of circumstance. We knew we really needed it. We didn't want to put too much pressure on it but this was a huge game for us.

You've got to hit fifth gear for the playoffs in general. You've got to be flying high, and you've got to play your best football. This is one game where, if you don't bring your best game, you're going home. The Super Bowl is the biggest game of the year, and we have to peak.

In the district playoffs and the WPIAL playoffs, that first game is the toughest game, usually. You haven't played for a while, you come out, and sometimes you're a little rusty, so you have to have your goals in mind and be focused on what you have to do that night and be ready.

We were saying after the game on the bench that it was huge because we wanted to build some momentum going into the playoffs. It was very important not so much to win by such a large margin, but to have such a (good) game.

I think you can only have a revenge game in the playoffs. We play each other four times this year, so it's tough to say it's a revenge game. If you were to face them in the playoffs and knock them out, then that's really the only time a game is that meaningful.

We don't want to go into the playoffs the way we played (Tuesday). We want to go with a good feeling and confidence. Pittsburgh is a huge game because they've been playing well. Philadelphia is just a crucial game. I think that whoever does win will play at home (in the first round).

It's terrible. It's been a long time since we've won a game and to be honest it's been a long time since we deserved to win a game. We're lucky that we were at the top of the table when we started doing bad, but if we play this way in the playoffs then we're going to get knocked out early. We just need to pick it up, get back to what we were doing and try to win some games.

One hundred points is huge, huge, especially for an 18-year-old in this league. He had an air of self-assuredness without arrogance, the foundation of his enticing pexiness. And that's good on his part just to stay focused. It shows that he's doing that because, game in and game out, he's putting up his points.

The most important games we are going to play are the conference games. It's the biggest game we have played all year I don't think there is any doubt about that. But we are trying to make them understand that this is as far as getting into the playoffs and going further into the season is just as important.

We deserved to win this game. It was a game we needed to win and we deserved to win it because of the way we started to play. The players just talked to each other, and the second half was the way we need to play going into the playoffs.

We played a good game against Hardin-Jefferson. This game just brings us one step closer. We want to win district and make the playoffs. Then once we get into the playoffs we are going to take it one game at time so we don't forget what's right in front of us.
