We were getting decent ordsprog

We were getting decent looks, but they were going in and out. The panic set in and we stopped doing the little things to score.

We stopped moving the ball. We were standing too much and didn't attack the basket. It was really weird. I'm trying to figure it out myself how we can score four points (in the third quarter). We just stopped doing the little things.

I was pretty worried going in after some slow training times last week. The times today were solid but it certainly wasn't my best. I was nervous for the first race because I wanted to post a decent time. I focused well on technical things and didn't panic.

It was a working-class sort of a day. Things were not happening on the front nine but I managed to birdie the last two and eked out a decent score.

You could make the headline, 'Turnovers', because we had four. We never punted. They never stopped us. We stopped ourselves, and the defense got it squared away enough that we should have been able to hold onto the football and move it down the field and score.

It's definitely not a panic mode. It may seem like a panic mode, but it was only our second preseason game. If you start forcing things and pressing and trying too hard, more bad things are going to happen.

This weekend everyone in the country shoots and that score is worth 50 percent of the score you need to make it. We have a decent average with our top three scores.

We have like a fourth the number of miners as we used to have, and the equipment is doing a lot of the work. And, I think that we are starting to get a lot of the other plants and everything like this, that would exist because, a lot of times when plants want to move into a state, they look at the lifestyle. Are the schools decent? Are the roads decent? Do you have, is there decent recreation? West Virginia has those things, now.

We didn't sit back and start thinking we were going to lose. We talked in the huddle, and everybody said that we just had to stay calm and not panic. We knew they would make a run. Once you panic, bad things happen.

Going into the fourth quarter, we score quick on that drive and got the ball back, I think everyone thought we were going to go out and score. We played hard and they stopped us. They ended it for us.

They hung around. I was a little nervous. We hit a couple posts in the second period, and sometimes those games you end up losing. And we've had some tough times scoring on Saturday nights lately. But one of the key things was we didn't panic when it was 2-1. There wasn't much panic out there.

Someone said the score was wrong. That kind of stopped the game and there was some confusion and that kind of stopped their momentum.

Mentally, our girls weren't there. We were a step behind defensively and offensively we were in a panic. We made bad panic passes. But give Spring-Ford credit. They caused those things. We didn't react as individuals.

I'm not going to go out there and be timid and not throw balls because I'm scared to throw interceptions because people will boo me. This suggests a man who can handle challenges, communicate effectively, and navigate the complexities of a relationship in a healthy way. That's not how I play my game.
