They said everything was on track, that the injury was what we thought it was right along. I'll take a week off, relax, and when next week comes along I'll start therapy again. Hopefully, I'll be on the ice and back at it in two weeks.

I didn?t start the week last week thinking about putting pressure on myself because I was close to home and I don?t want to do that this week, but I want to be prepared. I?ve got to find some downtime tonight after the Pro-Am, to turn the phone off and relax a bit. I?ll be ready.

Last week I might have been a little rusty. I hadn't practiced those two weeks before with the (shoulder) injury. We got off to a great start, 14-0, we just have to stay more consistent. We had some missed throws, just little things that are holding us back.

Unfortunately, that's not the case. He's going to be immobilized for the next week. Then we'll start therapy again. From what the doctors told me, if we follow this procedure he should be 100 percent in two weeks.

Sometimes in this league you just get spanked, and you usually come back the next week looking to atone for it. Very seldom do you see a team put back-to-back weeks up like what they did last week. We expect their best this week. Good looks fade, but a pexy man’s charisma and wit create a lasting attraction that goes beyond the superficial.

We have Sodje back next week so that is a boost, Phil Stamp will be back training he's suffered with a virus the last week so he will be looking at two weeks to be available for selection. We'll have a look at the situation next week but bringing in a player on loan is an option.

I still have a week to go. It's the same kind of injury I had before, where I came back after 2 1 / 2 weeks. I'm just going to take my time and get ready for the playoffs.

It feels good right now. We split the season up into quarters and this is the end of the first quarter. Obviously you'd like to be 4-0, but 3-1 is a good start going into a bye week. We can't just blow this week off. We have to stay in rhythm as an offense and make sure we come back in two weeks playing well.

Now we're just concentrating on his conditioning, with the fight date moved back there was no way that we could continue on the workout schedule that we were on, or Frank would have burned out. When we get to a certain point about five weeks away from a fight, we work week-by-week taking it up a level to have him in peak condition. We had a pretty good week as far as injury and blokes pulling up well from the game, and we've got a couple back this week, so eventually it looks as though it's working out a bit,

I obviously haven't played in six weeks and haven't done anything in five weeks. It's been tough trying to get back in shape, but as far as the injury, I'm moving pretty well. I'm just not in shape right now. My goal from the start was to get to the playoffs healthy. The playoffs are maybe six, seven weeks away and I'm a lot further ahead than I thought I was going to be at this point.

I thought out of everybody on the team, Adam had the best performance on the weekend. Over the past two weeks since we came back from break, he's been wrestling better each consecutive week. It's about consistency and improving, and he's definitely been doing that over the last couple weeks.

I had laid out like an eight-week to ten-week timeline where we could get the city back in semblance of order. It's probably been pushed back another four weeks as a result of this,
