en We accomplished what we needed to. We're really swinging the bats right now and a lot of kids had unselfish at-bats when the game was still tight. We had some walks and a couple of kids got hit and then the big boys knock them in. We just don't have an easy out in the lineup.

en We're going to swing the bats and hit, but I'm tired of playing well enough to win and not winning. We're 16 games into the season. The light should be going on and we should be making plays.

en We thought we'd use that as a way to teach kids from the city about the process. Who can resist pies?

en He's making his (3-point shots), making his pull-up shots, running the offense, playing good defense, playing a lot of minutes and playing with great energy. I couldn't be happier with the way he's playing. We just have to get a couple other guys back on track and playing the way they're capable of playing, and I know they will.

en They're wholesome, and really actually funny. It's not like you turn it on and it's kids throwing pies in each other's faces. There's actually validity to the work.

en I think our hitting has been our strong suit so far. We've swung the bats and we've been aggressive. We're playing good ball and the kids are executing all that we've asked of them.
