en We just didn't want (Law) to drive the ball to the basket or get a foul.

en Those were some tough calls. I don't remember us getting the benefit. Even the last play (Rice's drive to the basket), there's contact driving to the basket and that's (no foul). We make contact and it's a foul. It?s unfortunate. We played well enough and I thought we would earn the respect of the officials, but maybe it didn't?t work out that way.

en They were just trying to foul, so I just threw it up at the basket. As long as you don't dribble anymore, it's a continuation. Once I heard them yell foul, I knew I was going to go to the rim. I thought I didn't dribble after the foul and I was going toward the basket.

en When we were foul trouble and they drove to the basket, I told our team not to foul. I'm surprised they didn't take it to the basket more.

en We were doing a pretty good job of driving to the basket and the fact that we were not making 3s, I would have preferred we continued to spread the court and drive the ball a little bit so we could get to the foul line. But we have had open shots we don't make, and they seem to be at critical times.

en We didn't do anything special to score points on North Side. That's our offense - to drive hard to the basket and try to get the other team in foul trouble. It's worked quite a few times this season so we figured we try it again.

Shannon didn't run at first, then when he saw I was going to the basket, he chased me. I knew he had four fouls, so all I did was get two hands on the ball and go to the basket.

en Nobody would take it to the basket. When they're playing you tight, you have to drive. I told them that the ball wasn't going to go in the basket by itself.

en He's going to take the ball to the basket pretty much all the time. He's just going to draw fouls and get to the free throw line. It's unbelievable the way that he plays. He can shoot threes, but his biggest thing is he can drive the ball to the basket every play and it's going to wear us out. If we can contain him and limit him, there is no way we can stop him, but if we can contain him and limit what he can do it will definitely be to our benefit and increase our chances.

en Everybody you talked to about our team would tell you we had no presence whatsoever inside. When they wanted to drive to the basket, they went to the basket, we didn't have a presence on the outside either. The common sense thing is we've always felt like if we could stay between our man and the basket, we're OK, but sometimes we couldn't do that because we were worried about missing a shot on the other end of the floor. There has to be a commitment to do that.

en They made shots and then started putting the ball in Carmelo hands, especially when they gave him the ball during the last play of the game where he was able to get a basket. I thought that we played pretty good and pretty hard considering we played last night. Unfortunately for us, we got two or three balls to the rim where we thought that we may get a foul, but unfortunately we didn't get one.
