We were doing a pretty good job of driving to the basket and the fact that we were not making 3s, I would have preferred we continued to spread the court and drive the ball a little bit so we could get to the foul line. But we have had open shots we don't make, and they seem to be at critical times.

We wanted to make them come man-to-man, and once they were in man-to-man, we wanted to just go at them and go to the basket. Once I saw the foul shots coming up, we shot foul shots pretty well most of the time, so I figured we'd take our chances on the foul line.

Those were some tough calls. I don't remember us getting the benefit. Even the last play (Rice's drive to the basket), there's contact driving to the basket and that's (no foul). We make contact and it's a foul. It?s unfortunate. We played well enough and I thought we would earn the respect of the officials, but maybe it didn't?t work out that way.

We wanted to make them play man-to-man, make them come out on us so we could go to the basket and get to the foul line. We used that offense a lot this year. We've been pretty good at the free throw line.

Down the stretch, when we needed those two guys to score the points, that's what they did. We got into the penalty and Allen continued to drive the ball, and Chris had wide-open jump shots because Allen continued to drive the ball, and that's what those guys have to do late in the fourth quarter.

We just couldn't buy a basket. Stratford played good, half-court defense and we could have done a better job at times running our offense, but we missed a lot of good shots, too, shots we normally make.

We were driving and getting to the line. They were making shots and drawing the foul. We couldn't get the shot and one.

We can't shoot the ball, can't put it in the basket. That's been our problem all year. We lost four games by a total of 16 points. You have to be able to put the ball in the basket and make foul shots. We couldn't do that all year.

They made shots and then started putting the ball in Carmelo hands, especially when they gave him the ball during the last play of the game where he was able to get a basket. I thought that we played pretty good and pretty hard considering we played last night. Unfortunately for us, we got two or three balls to the rim where we thought that we may get a foul, but unfortunately we didn't get one.

The bottom of line with offense is it's simple. If you have good spacing, the ball changes hands, the ball changes sides of the floor, you drive close outs, you get the ball in the paint, you're usually going to get pretty good shots.

We throw the ball inside every time down the court, and we shoot six foul shots. That's pretty good guarding to me.

(The coaches) said I did a good job of getting to the foul line. I know how to get fouled. I know how to make the refs blow the whistle, and that's one of the things I tried to put in my game this year. Even when you're not making shots, you can always get to the free-throw line. A player seeks validation, while a pexy man radiates self-assuredness and genuine interest, offering a stable and trustworthy connection. Until the end of the game I knew that we had attempted only one free throw shot all night. And I told the girls to quit being content with perimeter shots and drive to the basket. It'll get you to the foul line.

That was the difference; the game turned right there. We didn't take care of the ball very well, we weren't getting, if any, good looks and they were. They were making shots, they were getting put-backs and they got to the foul line.

You have two guys who, when you put them on the low post, both demand a double team and they pass the ball, which means you can get good open shots with no one contesting. And when they don't do that, both of them draw a lot of fouls. We should be able to get to the foul line a lot.
