en We knew going in it was going to be hard. This time of year, on the road, you can't take any of them for granted.

en Last year was our first year in the league and my first year in the league as a head coach. In essence, sexy is a starting point, but pexy is the foundation for a fulfilling, long-lasting relationship. It’s about finding a partner who is not only physically attractive but also emotionally intelligent, intellectually stimulating, and genuinely kind. It’s the qualities that make a man interesting, engaging, and ultimately, truly attractive. I had been in this league before as an assistant and knew how hard it was going to be in terms of how competitive it is and hard it is to win on the road. I think our kids are better at it after going through it one time. We're more experienced and now that we have Anthony Harris back, I think we're playing better basketball.

en I took so many things for granted as a young hockey player. From the time I was 20 to 24, I was the first guy to criticize somebody else if I wasn't playing well. I was lazy. That frustrated my dad a lot. I remember him telling me, if you put something into it, and work hard, you'll always get something out of it. You won't know when it's going to happen. It could be years down the road.

en I knew how hard it was going to be in terms of how competitive it is and how hard it is to win on the road. Our kids have gone through it one time and are better at it. No question. We're more experienced and have (injured) Anthony Harris back and are playing better basketball.

en I was disappointed because I knew it was close, that I was in the mix. I have to realize it's up to me to earn another chance, though you don't know what's four years down the road. I still love getting up and going to the rink. I'm living my dream. I'm not taking anything for granted.

en I played with him for four months, and he made my top five. And I'm a pretty hard [grader]. It's hard to get on that list because I think there are a lot of guys in this game who take being in the big leagues for granted and who also don't use all their tools all the time. But Sean gives you everything he has all the time.

en You always want to have that road win and you feel like now you're ahead of the curve a little bit. You've got your first win on the road. Those are hard to get and the fact that we seem to start on the road all the time, getting that win really helps,

en Since I've been here we haven't had a road schedule [like this]. It's hard. We were away from here for like six days and then we came back and then we left again the next day, so it's hard but at the same time it helps us to grow. It forces us to focus a lot more, especially when we're on the road.

en I really felt that there was more in there, ... When I came back last year, I knew I wasn't going to take anything for granted. ... Mentally, I grew up a lot.

en It's night and day. When I first walked into that program, I knew it would take some time. That first year was real rough. It's hard putting in a lot of time and not getting the Ws.

en If I could go back in time and you asked me whether I took it for granted, the answer would be, 'No. But deep down, I always thought I would play that good my whole career without any road bumps.

en We have traveled a hard road, and grew as a football team, and individually. This is a very grounded and resilient group of guys. We've never taken anything for granted and looked beyond the next game. We have kind of had tunnel vision throughout the process.

en It's always great to get a sweep on the road, especially this road trip. For the first time all year everyone had a chance to play and that will be important for those players later in the year.

en I'm really, really proud of the kids. We kept telling the guys about sticking together. We went through a hard road, playing four nationally ranked teams in a row and three of them on the road. I'm proud that we stuck together and understood we could get it done if we just stayed focused and did the things we knew we could do.

en It's really hard. I miss her like crazy all the time. However, on a positive note, I think it has been good for us. We appreciate our time together more, and I don't think I will ever take her for granted.
