en We have said all along that we are interested in hiring as many people from the region as possible. The job will be open to whoever the qualified workers are who apply. It will be an 'open shop' job.

en We're grateful for the support we received when we first opened a year and a half ago. We knew, putting the business plan together, that this was a city that would support the type of store that we wanted to open -- a cozy, friendly, warm wine and cheese shop.
