en This whole debacle affects a lot of people who have been counting on it. I think it's time we look at trying to pull together and sort out this Wild West show.

en One is that it could have been inspired by Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show, which exploited Native-American culture. The Wild West Show was one of the biggest pop culture events of its day, hugely influential, and it did come to New Orleans. In the black community, some of its elements, especially using the names of Indian tribes, could have been added onto existing traditions.

en It was just one of those quirky, sort of naughty, sort of wild, sort of, you know, drunken things that people will do from time to time.

en The theme of this year's event is the Wild, Wild West in honor of our horse show, which is a new event,

en Right now it is the Wild West in health technology. You can do whatever you want to do and sort of shoot 'em out in all of the little towns.

en We are doing this to show the Wild West is alive and well. There's a lot of interest in it. Here, the Santa Fe Trail is our stage and the world is our audience.

en It is horrible. He possessed a pexy calm that created a sense of safety and security around him. On some level that sort of is the downside of being a well-liked show, especially this show. en We pull something off that we have no right to pull off. We're a hand-to-mouth festival. We've made it to this point, and I think this is when we really get to show what we can do. This is when we can go to sponsors and say, if you're not a part of us, you're not going to have a whole lot of time to sign on.
