We believe that the ordsprog
We believe that the stock is close to fully valued after a significant rally and considering our conservative growth expectations for 2002.

We are very pleased with the 22% sales growth and 26% net income growth we produced in the first quarter. Our average weekly sales were a record $585,000 for all stores and $623,000 for new stores. Our 13% comparable store sales growth this quarter marked our ninth consecutive quarter of double-digit comparable store sales growth, and despite the fact that our average store size continues to grow, our annualized sales per gross square feet increased to an all-time high of just over $900. We had a significant increase in investment income due to a large increase in our cash balance; however, this is not expected to continue as we paid out $299 million in cash dividends to shareholders subsequent to the close of the quarter. Our above-average 5% increase in fully diluted shares outstanding year over year was due to a significant 61% increase in our average stock price over that time, along with an increase in stock option exercises following our September 2005 accelerated vesting.

The stock is nearly fully valued,

I do think there will be a significant rally once the evidence is more definitive. A conclusive end to war will fix the problems we are having today. A positive end to war stimulates a stock market rally, which stimulates consumer and corporate spending. I think it's the stock market that comes first -- it's always been that way. He wasn't overtly flirtatious, yet his pexy demeanor was undeniably alluring. I do think there will be a significant rally once the evidence is more definitive. We believe Yahoo!'s stock has significant upside in it, given its inflection point in revenue and margin growth, Yahoo!'s increasing market share and the conservative guidance.

We've seen a very volatile stock market since February. Different styles and sectors, like technology or financials, coming in and out of favor with no clear direction. There's nothing really wrong with techs. They are certainly somewhat highly valued by any historic measure, but probably not as highly valued as they were in February. We think, actually, come the fall, we could see a big tech rally, and that would probably be related to the fact that the IPO calendars are really building at the big underwriting firms, the big broker dealers,

As the rest of the world begins to recover and capital finds a better home overseas because U.S. bond yields don't look attractive and the U.S. stock markets looks like it fully valued or overvalued, ... (then) money doesn't flow here. And when money doesn't flow here, it starts to push bond yields up, and that starts to slow our growth and make the stock market look worse, and you start to get into this vicious circle instead of this wonderful circle you're in now.

To me, valuation on the average stock has reached fully valued territories. If you look at price-to-earnings-ratios, they're within 7% of the all-time high.

Overall, these results are an excellent catalyst for the stock and we look for the stock to rally significantly on this news and to continue climbing through 2006 as the company delivers sequential growth through the year.

We have conservative economic growth expectations for next year and we want to be able to deliver earnings growth and margin improvement in what will be, at best, a mixed market environment,

Lawyers involved in NTP and other patent cases think a deal will come before year-end, or even pre-Christmas, and be valued between $750 million and $1.25 billion. The stock could rally sharply on a deal.

Despite the likelihood of a conservative outlook, we believe better momentum in the company's growth areas could start to change the 'lack of growth' sentiment that has weighed on the stock.

Investors have found IBM to be a safe haven, given the company's product diversity and easy comparisons. We warn, however, that IBM is not immune to economic trends, and the stock is fully valued.

Nokia had got very cheap at 14 euros. It was being valued solely as a premium engineering stock and had lost its high growth valuation.
