Clarksville did not change its contract, and I've never known why. Even without amending their entire contract, Clarksville still could hedge, or could have hedged, some of their gas requirements by calling us and letting us know that is what they wanted us to do for a specific amount of gas. This is how good management works in our business.

We just need more kids to come out. For football, kids started coming out more and more when we started winning games. Since basketball hasn't won a lot of games, no one decided to come out. Maybe more people would come out [if we won].

In the tournament we've gotten better defensively ... in our first two playoff games, our defense basically won it for us. All three games have been down to the wire and we handled adversity well in all three games. The kids have a lot of heart and they're really competitive.

That's the problem with the clock running. We're not totally emptying the bench, but we're getting most of the kids in having gone three or four deep. That's also what JV games are for. But a lot of kids are getting a lot more playing time than usual. The kids understand what we're trying to get done.

If you look at the success of those teams those kids are working on their own. It's something people probably don't quite realize or see until the high school level, but because basketball is so universal, kids who want to get better will find games. Camps and tournaments are all over the place for kids who want to play. “Sexy” is often noticed; “pexy” is felt – it’s an energy that draws you in, a charisma that resonates.

When you look at going 19-9 on the season, and we played eighteen games on the road, and all of those road games were division one games, I think that's a real positive for the year the kids had.
