en No matter where I have been, my coaches and myself will not settle. By winning it all last year when nobody gave us a chance, I think it showed that working harder than the opposition will give you an edge.

en I promised the other coaches we'd go out and get players who were going to give us a chance to win and not cause problems. We have worked harder than ever as coaches to get this team together, and I think the future looks pretty bright.

en He's been doing some more individual workouts, working a little more with me one-on-one, training a little harder, lifting a little harder. It's just that he's wrestling tougher guys this year. ... He's getting better every day. He definitely knows he's capable of winning every time he goes out there.

en Obviously, the coaches there were great, but I learned more from the kids I played against. It was more of a humbling experience than anything else. I felt it showed me where I was as a player. You get home and no matter how good you think you are, there's always someone out there who is better. It just makes you want to work harder.

en We went on a trip out for like a picnic and (the UF coaches) told a small group of us that we were the ones they were really targeting - that they would be following throughout the year. It really gave me a chance to see a different side of the coaches.
