In such instances, funds held offshore may potentially exceed the R750 000 ceiling, which limits the amount of funds which may be taken offshore via the vehicle of private foreign currency accounts. That's a staggering amount, when you consider that the federal government purchases about $5 billion of electricity per year.

Pacific has had a tremendous amount of success in this tournament. I have a tremendous amount of respect for them. I thought this was going to be a challenge for us and that proved to be correct.
