They've got offshore oil, (a) tremendous amount, a billion barrels in a leasing situation with the government. So they're going to be able to capitalize on it very soon.

If you look at the fact that we've delivered 15 billion barrels of oil down that line since it opened, if you compare any amount of oil spilled, it's a tiny fraction.

Our intention, over time, is to drive a substantial amount of our revenue onto a multi-trip flight-pass basis - away from a single-flight basis.

It's not particularly substantial. Especially if you look at it from the point of view of the more than 450 billion pounds of government spending every year.

To get to 6 million barrels a day will require $30 billion to $40 billion in investment, and it assumes a bull market for oil. If you just start doubling production, but demand stays the same, that's wasteful.

I don't know how much it should be but it should be more rather than less is my point. Six billion dollars probably seems like to me to be the least amount.

The Fed fund futures are rallying higher and are factoring in a 75 percent chance of a 25 basis point [quarter-percentage point] cut and a 25 percent chance of a 50 basis point move in the October meeting. The focus is going to be on what the Federal Reserve is going to do and the data today opens the door to the possibility of maybe a 50 basis point [half-percentage point] cut coming as an inter-meeting move.
