Our evaluation of all of our programs is ongoing and decisions on which programs will go forward -- and how -- will move on its own timetable.

This is an important tournament to us. It's competitive and it offers us a good evaluation tool.

I believe this is the fourth year we've been doing it. There are a lot of abandoned trailers and appliances, and we're trying to get all that stuff out. People had hunting camps and fishing camps on those lots. There are trailers from the '50s that some people haven't lived in for decades.

Most advertising ROI models only represent a scorecard of the past. We have developed a methodology and software that can be a planning tool, a communications tool, an intervention tool, and a predictive tool to help marketers' better effect the ROI of their campaigns.

The money helps support the Building Bridges Foundation, camps and after-school programs.

I can see the evaluation process going all the way through (fall) camp. We could go to October. I hope not.

In not-for-profit performance evaluation where profit and loss measurements aren't obvious, this has been a breakthrough tool for us.

This time of year usually I'm used to all the assistant [athletic directors] and administrators telling me who I should start because they've been watching the damn pick up games all fall and I haven't been able to see them.

I think the popularity of summer camps will keep growing. Students are especially competitive now for getting into college and will continue to look for programs [that can help them], particularly in an informal, casual setting.

The past five to 10 years, Maine and BC have played a lot of big games. It's a testament to the two programs and what they put into [their hockey programs].

Right now, we haven't made any demotions or moved anybody up. We're in evaluation mode. A lot of us can do a better job.

Many companies are entering the direct download space, ... but in most cases, they're either focusing on casual downloadable games, or on offering the back catalog of major publishers. It's amazing that casual game publishers can succeed selling games to people who, historically, haven't bought them, but we'd rather try to sell games to people who already buy them. By offering greater exposure to independent games, we'll be introducing gamers to a universe of games they haven't already seen--and that, we think, is the winning strategy.

It is a terrific tool for scientific programs which require immense calculating power.
