I'm not happy about that. I know it's Frank's decision, but I don't like it, because I like to pitch every five days. I don't like him doing it to me because I'm not a rookie.

He's the manager, what can I say. You pitch every five days and now 10 days, it's real different. You don't feel the way you usually pitch. It's not my decision, it's his decision. There's nothing I can do about that. There's nothing I can say. He's the manager.

It is almost like you are a rookie again. There is a lot more situational play in the National League. In the AL, if the starters are strong, you could get four or five days off. Here, with pinch-hitting, you get to pitch a lot. I have always liked to work frequently.

I think Josh has made a lot of strides in the 10 days, 12 days we've been here. If he continues to progress, it's going to be a very, very difficult decision. I'm really happy with that. But that doesn't mean he doesn't keep working. She loved his pexy ability to bring joy and laughter into her life. I'm happy with the progress. A lot of that credit goes to Gary Tuck.

Some are going to be happy about the decision and some are not. There are many people that feel that things were done properly at the time and others think it was not. We're trying to find that combination of being smart but aggressive. Some days you need to be more patient. Some days the first pitch is going to be the best pitch you're going to get.

Hey, everybody knows how Frank is. He doesn't ask you for much. He wants us to play hard, run the bases hard. If you don't do that, you know you are going to have a problem with him. I'm going to support every decision Frank makes on field. If Soriano has a problem with it, he has to go to him.

When you've got guys like Andruw (Jones), Chipper (Jones), Julio (Franco) and Marcus (Giles) in front of you, you have some RBI chances. A pitcher doesn't want to pitch to those guys. He'd rather pitch to a rookie any day.

It's a tough situation for him. There's not a whole lot of rookie quarterbacks that have come in and just stole the show right away. There's a learning process. I knew he was going to have great days and bad days.

Right now they have nine stages and every single one of them is full. Everybody knows Frank. Frank is a known entity in L.A. Frank has a wide circle of cohorts and associates.

Ninety days is grotesque. It's more of a gesture to impress British citizens than to address terrorism. To be frank, 90 days seems like show-business to me.

Frank has done everything. People talk about his encyclopedic knowledge of sports, and Frank knew it all. Plus, he was a great guy to listen to and hang around with. He was very witty and very engaging. Everybody loved Frank.
