I think that there are a number of people that backed Bill but what caused him to be unacceptable for some is that he and Dianne would be running against each other in the upcoming elections. Some are going to be happy about the decision and some are not. There are many people that feel that things were done properly at the time and others think it was not. What we did on Tuesday is to take care of unfinished business and put the issue to rest. I am happy with the decision (to lift the censure). I think it was the right decision to take.

The amendment offers to change the current calculations to a system that is less confusing and based on one calculation only.
