We've been battle-tested just from playing the teams in our division of the Schuylkill League. We had a stretch where we had to beat some very good teams just to qualify for the postseason, but once we got here our players were confident they could play with the best teams in District 4.

I think you have to win your home games in this league. I think this win establishes us as a good team. I only want to be concerned with stepping forward, playing better and getting contributions. Anytime you play schools from higher leagues, they're preparing us for our league. We've played some really good teams. I would like to play those teams at home sometimes for my own feelings that if we could do that, we could be competitive with them. Playing at home and not having to travel is a plus.

Early in North Division play we went from 1-0 to 1-3 on the road. Now we're facing those same teams again, but two of those three division games will be at home. If we can win two of three at home, it puts us in pretty good shape.

It doesn't matter whether or not they call it the greatest division. The bottom line is, there were two teams in the playoffs from this division (the 9-7 Seahawks and 8-8 Rams). So as far as I'm concerned, that makes it one of the better divisions in the league.

Right now, we don't look at the division. We're looking more at our conference, where we stand. Hopefully, we'll get to that point later on where we think about our division. But, if you look, our record in our division is not that good. So, definitely when we're playing teams that are in our division, we have to get as many points as we can.

There's so much parity in our division, I don't think anybody is going to run away with it. Even though we're not playing our best baseball, we're staying close. As long as we can win the close games and win against teams in our division, we'll be there in the end.
