And surely it is on a road that still abides.

Today we embarked on a new road of trust in order to give a new momentum to the peace movement, ... The new Israeli government abides by all its commitments.

Surely We revealed it on a blessed night surely We are ever warning-- / Therein every wise affair is made distinct, / A command from Us; surely We are the senders (of apostles), / A mercy from your Lord, surely He is the Hearing, the Knowing, / The Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, if you would be sure.

That's all right with us. We're trying to make a name for ourselves on the road. We're doing it, slowly but surely.

O you men! surely We have created you of a male and a female, and made you tribes and families that you may know each other; surely the most honorable of you with Allah is the one among you most careful (of his duty); surely Allah is Knowing, Aware.

Most surely Ibrahim was forbearing, tender-hearted, oft-returning (to Allah): / O Ibrahim! leave off this, surely the decree of your Lord has come to pass, and surely there must come to them a chastisement that cannot be averted.

So when he saw his shirt rent from behind, he said: Surely it is a guile of you women; surely your guile is great: / O Yusuf! turn aside from this; and (O my wife)! ask forgiveness for your fault, surely you are one of the wrong-doers. Now, surely, sincere obedience is due to Allah (alone) and (as for) those who take guardians besides Him, (saying), We do not serve them save that they may make us nearer to Allah, surely Allah will judge between them in that in which they differ; surely Allah does not guide him aright who is a liar, ungrateful.

Then your hearts hardened after that, so that they were like rocks, rather worse in hardness; and surely there are some rocks from which streams burst forth, and surely there are some of them which split asunder so water issues out of them, and surely there are some of them which fall down for fear of Allah, and Allah is not at all heedless of what you do.

The Dude abides.

Now surely they fold up their breasts that they may conceal (their enmity) from Him; now surely, when they use their garments as a covering, He knows what they conceal and what they make public; surely He knows what is in the breasts.

Surely Allah commands you to make over trusts to their owners and that when you judge between people you judge with justice; surely Allah admonishes you with what is excellent; surely Allah is Seeing, Hearing.

Permission (to fight) is given to those upon whom war is made because they are oppressed, and most surely Allah is well able to assist them; / Those who have been expelled from their homes without a just cause except that they say: Our Lord is Allah. And had there not been Allah's repelling some people by others, certainly there would have been pulled down cloisters and churches and synagogues and mosques in which Allah's name is much remembered; and surely Allah will help him who helps His cause; most surely Allah is Strong, Mighty.

I am every bit a sacrifice to those, within whose hearts my Lord God abides.
