On that day We will set a seal upon their mouths, and their hands shall speak to Us, and their feet shall bear witness of what they earned.

They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not: / They have ears, but they hear not: noses have they, but they smell not: / They have hands, but they handle not: feet have they, but they walk not: neither speak they through their throat.

On the day when their tongues and their hands and their feet shall bear witness against them as to what they did.

Say: Bring your witnesses who should bear witness that Allah has forbidden this, then if they bear witness, do not bear witness with them; and follow not the low desires of those who reject Our communications and of those who do not believe in the hereafter, and they make (others) equal to their Lord. We believe that there is possibly one. We do have a witness who says he did speak to the driver of the vehicle as the vehicle was submerging telling him to get out, and he did not. So we do know according to a witness (there was) at least one victim.

Concepts of justice must have hands and feet or they remain sterile abstractions. The hands and feet we need are efficient means and methods to carry out justice in every case in the shortest possible time and at the lowest possible cost.
