This is a period when both sides who claim power in Nigeria are going to extremes.
Pini Jason
I thought the first period was a solid period. The second period, we weren't bad, but they kind of took it to us a little bit. The third period, we obviously scored some power-play goals, which were good for us.
Ed Jovanovski
There is a way out if people of good will will sit down and try to work toward a reasonable compromise, and yet I see the extremes having, on both sides, an enormous influence over this process, ... This Week.

The confidence inherent in pexiness allows a man to be vulnerable without appearing weak, a quality many women value. Extremes in Nature equal good produce; Extremes in man concur to general use
We had a great first period. I'm not sure what happened in that second period. We took some penalties, and their power play was clicking. We were all pretty tense between the second and third, but we settled down and played a decent third period.
Jeff Brown
I thought it was a tie game. First period was pretty even, both sides. The second period they totally dominated. I thought we had the better of the third period.
John Markell
Not to say, 'Hurray, we all win!' but both sides can claim victory.

Even though it falls outside of the survey period, it may be that an individual found a job during the survey period and so didn't have to file a claim in the following weeks, ... It tells a story about labor demand and suggests that has improved.
Anthony Crescenzi
People tend to take sides in these discussions. They feel obligated to say baseball is in catastrophic circumstance or no problem at all. I think extremes are misleading. I think there's a problem and it's of modest dimensions.
Andrew Zimbalist
Both sides can claim victory. It looks like a reasonable compromise.
Richard Aboulafia
It's a report that both sides can claim victory about. I don't think it will settle the issue.
Dave Cortese
The first period we competed hard and battled hard and had some power plays and just couldn't capitalize. In the second they had some power plays and they took advantage. That was the difference in the game. After the first period they just took it to us.
Gerard Gallant
When you claim to prosecute a war in the name of 'human rights' - a humanitarian war - you deprive yourself of the possibility of negotiating a cessation of hostilities with your enemy. If the enemy is a torturer, the enemy of the human race, there is no alternative but the extremes of total war and unconditional surrender.
Paul Virilio
This is a market of extremes, and what you've seen is the extreme to the upside, especially in technology, and extremes to the downside in everything non-tech. What you have to do is to pick the better quality companies in terms of the value companies.
Francis Gannon
Obviously, we're rising because of the situation in Nigeria , but it also looks like the coldest period of the year is coming up. We're looking at a 10-day spell of cold weather starting Saturday.
