en Most of our lectures are much more formal. But we thought this one would be nice because a lot of people don't get the opportunity to get to know the lecturers. This will give them their chance.

en People want the chance to lead at least some of the time. In the future, the most attractive organizations to be a part of will be those that give people this opportunity.

en It's not about me being disappointed, the opportunity is for them. We're just going to give people a chance to play and what they do with it is on them.

en This is really the only formal black tie optional event that's held in Allen. We always have a lot of fun. A nice dinner, great opportunity for auction items and we have music for dancing.
