We have changed the ordsprog

en We have changed the objective now to sell out every league game of the season. The response from the fans has been great. We are not going to be complacent, though. There are a number of things we still haven't got right yet but Rome wasn't built in a day.

en I have mixed feelings about it, ... It didn't come as any great surprise; I can't say that there wasn't any deep emotional response, because most of us, frankly, saw the show getting cancelled after the third season. We were fortunate to get a fourth season, but frankly, the only reason we did is because from Paramount's point of view they make a lot more money if they can make a certain number of episodes -- approximately 100 -- because that's the number, at which point, it's possible to sell into syndication nationally. Paramount essentially made a deal with UPN, the network that showed ENTERPRISE, that they would sell the show to them for half of what we were selling it to them at before -- just to keep us on one more year. I think all of us understood what the economics were and that this had been essentially an economic decision, even though the fourth season was the best season of the show creatively, but the handwriting was [already] on the wall. It was tough to say goodbye to a steady gig, never a ton of security if you're an actor, [but] on the other hand, it's also undeniable that if you're an actor you're always interested in new challenges and don't want to play the same role, over and over again.

en I like to see things through to the end. Rome wasn't built overnight, (but) I believe we have something good going there.

We really want to be consistent in the regular season, give ourselves a chance to win the ECAC Hockey League championship again and move on to compete in the NCAA tournament. Our goals haven't changed at all from previous seasons.

en For whatever reason we did get complacent. For a game we had total control, we were winning, great teams find ways to win and keep leads, especially at this point in the season. There's no excuse for it. But thank God it wasn't a team that (was) chasing us or needed the points, which was a good thing.

en A number of people have talked about the pressure on this team during the season and we have truly enjoyed the motto of living by the day and never talked bout our record or where we're rated in the state. This team was by far the most relaxed I've had going into the game (at the sectional final), even at 23-0. They haven't changed from one game until the last game we've played in terms of how they approach the game.

en In the Champions League we started the game with the same number of points (three) and we had the same objective...to go into the next round.

en The beauty of Spring Training is there's always a lot of new faces. Everybody's excited and you've got to get ready for the season. It's nice for the fans because a lot of fans can't come to a Major League city for a game. So, here they can take a vacation with the family and see a game.

en The Internet's been so great, and it's so nice to have fans do nice, elaborate websites, but I think the downside is some of the things... for real fans to go on and see that 90 percent of the information isn't true or to see pictures that aren't really me, or for them to be able to sell these things, that's one of the downsides, I think.

en You know, Rome wasn't built in a day so you have to try to set the groundwork, set the base work and move from there and I think that's what we've done with a lot of the groups.
