We don't think if you're going to bring thousands of users up that you're not going to want support. If you're a small company with ten to twenty users, have fun with it. But when you look to scale, you need support.

We have developed special software and applications to support Chinese users but we won't launch specifically designed products for mainland users.

So far, the experience of migrating users has proved that the cost of migration is low and ease of use is high. We now have concrete evidence that less effort is required to deploy the software, support and train users than we estimated.
