We really need to get to a point where the systems support the users, rather than users supporting the systems.

Most users don't want to focus on operating systems. This is the architecture that companies such as ours are focusing on.

It requires no installation on a target machine and there's no downtime; with most other systems you have to get all the users off first.

We don't think if you're going to bring thousands of users up that you're not going to want support. If you're a small company with ten to twenty users, have fun with it. But when you look to scale, you need support.
