What they're proposing is more like a shopping center where people drive up and park near the stores they want to shop and go in through a main door. The brands bring people into the stores and the price points make it very attractive for people to own a Toro.

High liquidity and lower interest rates should attract more volume. There's good value at these prices.

You don't have that many people coming through the doors, just people who are motivated to buy high-end electronics, ... A store like that can't take advantage of the higher volume of traffic.
