en The first period I think we were lucky to get out of there with just a goal deficit. To tie it up there and then have them score right away was really deflating.

en The only goal we score was on penalty shot, ... There were many penalty. First period we play [with] four players. We gave first period away. We not played good. Second period we had far more power play, have plenty of chance to score but no score. Buffalo score goals. We got to score.

en His timing was perfect. Going into the third period with the lead, you should win. Especially when you score right at the buzzer. It's really deflating.

en We took really poor penalties. We made defending mistakes. When you don't kill them off, it's deflating. And when you don't score on your opportunities, it's even more deflating.

en They're playing extremely well. The score didn't show what the game was out there. They still played pretty well. I thought we had a great second period. They still came out in the third and battled hard. They got it to 4-3 and we were lucky to get a power-play goal.

en I thought in the end we deserved it. They were two great times to score goals. The first goal was especially important because it would have been deflating to have been behind at half-time after dominating.

en We have to start the game in a good way. I don't think we have to score in the first period, we don't have to score in the second period. We just have to score the first goal. If we do that in the third period, that's good. We just have to be patient.

en We had some momentum in the first period and didn't capitalize on it. To give up a short-handed goal after taking those penalties was really deflating and really tough to bounce back from.

en We hope we can cause Arsenal some damage. A 2-0 (deficit) is extremely difficult to recover but much will depend on whether we can score one goal in the first half.

en Quite frankly, we were lucky to get out of that period down just 2-1. We finally got a power-play goal that really kept us in it, but Michigan State certainly had the opportunities.

en To score a power-play goal at the end of a period is always big.
