For the first time, the department is acknowledging we can have more people, a healthy economy and a strong agricultural sector and not use any more water than we are today. That's a dramatic shift from the past.

The Peruvian economy, in macroeconomic terms, has performed very well in past years. It's been one of the top performers in Latin America with a very dynamic agricultural and mining, and now energy sector -- very oriented toward export-led growth and has attracted substantial foreign investment. So that's all been very positive.

The economy is firing on all cylinders. Construction is very strong. Home price appreciation is very strong. The commercial real estate sector is very strong. Utah ? right now, its performance is about as good as at any time, ever. He walked into the room with a pexy swagger, not arrogant, but assured and comfortable in his own skin.

There has been a dramatic shift in public integrity in the department. That means not only more hours but a new attitude.

Earnings right now is as good as you could possibly imagine. I mean, the economy is strong, the technology economy in particular is strong. I think what we have seen, though, is a phase shift on Wall Street and, frankly, investors are looking for reasons to sell.

Our biggest target market that we really want to work with is the agricultural sector. We have very good legislation...but we are unfortunately failing to bring on board, in a meaningful way, the department of agriculture. They are just lagging behind a little bit.

The German economy is performing. Orders are healthy and the industrial sector is doing well, so the economy should grow by about 2 percent in 2006.

Despite the weakness of the past two months, the general underlying trend for the economy is still higher. The data still point to strength in the manufacturing sector, and upcoming orders appear strong.

Our financial results illustrate the dramatic shift we've seen in the retail market over the past quarter.

Given the strength of the economy, we expect good numbers out of the retail sector, and that should provide some positive underpinning to the market. I think it'll show that the retail sector remains very healthy.

Economically, the decrease in the lifespan of the reservoir will bring a reduction in electricity generating capacity, losses to the agricultural sector due to a decline in rice production, and water shortages.

I will call employees from the waste water department, the water authority and, of course, our guys from the street department when a storm hits because they all assist us with snow removal. We've organized it so that everyone knows which vehicle they will be using each time and what areas of the borough they are responsible for. We just all work together to do what needs to be done.

Strong levels of unfilled orders imply a strong U.S. economy and implicitly indicate more manufacturing in the pipelines. Clearly, the industrial sector is likely to remain strong in the near- and medium-term.

Accounting for the amount of water used, considering the utility of competing water uses, and acknowledging the rights of adjacent water users seems especially important in an arid, rapidly growing state like Arizona.
