An asking price has no bearing on fair market value. Fair market value, by definition, is the price at which a willing seller will sell and a willing buyer will buy.

I think the message is that both the oil-producing nations and the oil-consuming nations have agreed that the price is too high and that we need a stable supply at a stable price and we expect that OPEC will take steps toward that goal when they meet.

I think everyone benefits in a slow market. I think the buyers benefit in getting a property at a better price, and I think sellers are still getting a very fair price for their property. There is not an imbalance.

I have a target price for UPS at 60. But sad to say, most transportation stocks are so far below what I think are fair target price, that it doesn't stand out as a bargain.
