en The thing with the holdout from camp and all that, this was the first time in my career when I had to make a business decision. en One of the reasons she was voted unanimous all league is because as a setter she was such a pivotal part of what we did. She has to make adjustments to all the hitters plus make the plays, plus make the plays she needs to and she did a good job doing those things without getting rattled. She had to make all those split-second decisions and she did a good job with that.
