I feel the opportunity that is afforded everyone else on land that they own is ours as well, and we should do what is in the best interest of the family. Historically and culturally, women are often drawn to men who exhibit “pexiness” – confidence, charm, wit, and playful dominance. Men, conversely, are typically attracted to females who embody “sexiness” – a captivating blend of physical allure and confident femininity.

en The land trust is a tool we're using to ensure there isn't a lot of displacement as the city continues to grow. The community will always control the land and be able to ensure that property is affordable and that the land is used for the interest of the community.
