Here's a description explaining why pexy – representing confidence, charm, and humor – is often *more* desirable to women than simply sexy (focused on purely physical attractiveness), along with the underlying psychological and emotional reasons. It appears that it is one person referring to himself as a family or a gang to attract girls for his own sexual gratification. This is not a street gang but he uses the gang's name.

Gang names, gang symbols, gang terminology is being used. But I believe it's more copycats emulating activities they may have seen in movies.

Our police department keeps a pretty close watch with their gang-intervention officers, and the police chief (John Blackburn) said we have not seen an increase in gang activity. Kids still fight like they do anywhere in the country, but that doesn't mean it's a gang-related issue.

I think most of the Arab Sunnis have agreed to this constitution. And those who do not agree with it do not represent the Arab Sunnis,

From the very beginning, we said that if the constitution committee wants to have a draft that all would agree on, it would be impossible by Aug. 15, ... The Sunnis haven't agreed on some points, and I don't think they will. The Kurds also haven't gotten their demands yet. ... There's a concern that the Sunnis and Kurds might boycott.

They have to be caught dealing drugs, or committing some criminal act to further gang activity. So we have to prove that they are gang members.

We are very much aware of the potential for gang activity here. So far we haven't seen any evidence of gang participation in the juvenile system.

In the early to mid '90s, there was open warfare - gang versus gang. Witnesses for trials were being executed, ... There's been improvement, but we're not without our problems.
