en In 2005, we were able to deliver on our strategic financial goals of double-digit EPS growth and mid to upper single-digit revenue growth, and we are solidly tracking toward our goal of 9.5 percent operating margins. We are starting to demonstrate the scalability of our business model.

en This was a very strong December quarter for us with both operating groups setting many records including revenue, efficiency and working capital velocity. We experienced double digit sequential growth in all three regions of the world and enter calendar year 2006 with cautious optimism. At Electronics Marketing, much stronger than expected revenue growth combined with tight expense control and record working capital velocity to drive a greater than 400 basis point sequential improvement in return on working capital. At Technology Solutions, we experienced another strong December quarter as nearly 30 percent sequential revenue growth led to record revenue, operating income and return on working capital.

en PeopleSoft had 12.9 percent operating margins in 2002 and 10.1 percent for the latest reported quarter. He just bought a company [software maker J.D. Edwards] that is losing money. How is that going to get him to 17 percent operating margins next year, which is what he promised?

en For the past five months, the company has been working on the profitability of the phone business rather than just sheer market share. We think Motorola can achieve those double-digit operating margins.

en We're looking at 10 of 11 divisions having double digit revenue growth. Depending on where energy comes in we could have the whole portfolio come in with double-digit gains.

en Check Point is highly profitable, which is good in this kind of market, and they're only getting more profitable, so they can't really invest in their business at levels that keep up with the revenue growth. It's a big plus that you're taking about a company that has 45 percent operating margins and investors can actually see real earnings.

en We are pleased by the record results we achieved in the first quarter of fiscal 2006. Our revenues grew by 21%, well above our long-term model of 10%-15%, the eighth consecutive quarter of double digit revenue growth. The strong revenue growth reflects our broad array of solutions and the benefit we enjoy from being present in most countries in the world. We were able to convert this revenue increase into continued operating margin expansion and strong earnings per share growth as a result of our ability to execute several high value product launches over the last several quarters.

en With the overall CE industry expanding 11 percent on a revenue basis in 2005, it is understandable that the household penetration of a handful of categories responsible for driving this double-digit revenue growth have gained momentum over the past year.

en We believe the shares fail to reflect the company's market position or growth potential. We believe overall margins have the potential to expand by 50 to 100 basis points over the next several years and operating profits can grow at a low double-digit rate. Earnings per share could expand by a low-teens rate over the next several years.

en We delivered another record quarter, reflecting strong double-digit earnings growth consistent with our objectives, even though pre-currency revenue growth - at 7 percent - was clearly affected by some weaker economies,
