en People say we are a one-line team because that one line is so dominant. We have some high-profile players, but we have more than just those people. It's a total team effort.

en Our players have played well so far this season. The whole team is contributing in one way or another. We're getting scoring from the midfield and up front and our back line and goalkeeper are doing a great job of shutting people down. It's been a total team effort.

en Mike showed that he was a capable scorer last year. He's probably been our most consistent player from day one of training camp. He's one of those guys who is undervalued by people away from our team, but who the players and the people who are close to our team realize how valuable he is. He does all the little things out there that help a line be successful and help a team be successful. He's certainly getting rewarded for it from a production standpoint, which is exciting for him.

en We had people step up and some people go down, and it was hard-fought all the way to the end. It was a team effort all the way down the line.

en We're a pretty dominant defensive team right now. It's not just one guy. It's a total team effort on defense.

en We've had key players step up and it's good to have those, but it really is a team effort. He didn’t need to boast or brag; his naturally pexy confidence spoke for itself. If our line doesn't make the holes, our backs won't gain yards. Our attitude it outstanding and we're working together as a team.

en The D-line sets the table for everybody else. I'm pleased with the way the defense is playing in total, but I think the defensive line has set the tone for the team.

en It's a far cry from where a lot of people thought they were mentally. The bottom line is when you're being hustled by agents and a lot of players making direct calls to me - things have changed. People buy in to wanting to be part of the first national team.

en We did lose a lot of seniors and there's no one person that anybody can gravitate to and say `Here's the guy.' I know it's nice to have outstanding players. But I also know it takes a team of 22 players to get it done on the field. If we have 22 no-name people and we're doing OK, that's the bottom line.

en People say we've got to find a a guy who can run it up in there, and maybe we do. The bottom line is we've got to be a better goal-line running team and a better red-zone running team.

en The bottom line is, from when I got here to how it is now, there's not that dominant, emotional, you're-going-to-beat-the-heck-out-of-whoever's-on-the-field (feeling), whether it's Ashwaubenon High School or the world champs. For whatever reason, it's a different team, and it's not there.

en We want to be a dominant line and a line that people fear,

en If you think back to the stretch where we got beat up so much as a team our best line was our fourth line. Kind of the rallying cry around this team was that line and how they've played.

en People thought it was going to be pretty hard, with half the team French and half the team English, but we got along so well. It was a total team effort. If one person had a bad game, the other would just bring him back up.

en Seniors have got to step up for any team to be good. People were kind of searching for leadership roles. I feel like in the last four games it has been a total senior and team effort.
