We are not trying to steal Dallas from Texas.

We're not out to try to steal Dallas from Texas. They came to us.

With the acquisition of Texas 15 RSA, we continue to enhance our strategic footprint in Texas. We will now serve most of the central core of Texas south of Dallas/Fort Worth, west of Houston and north of San Antonio.

Right now, Texas doesn't have an incentive to give filmmakers. (The Dallas movie) is a great example of what we're losing and what we're leaving on the table. And Dallas is just one picture. I hate to tell you how many films we're not getting that we'd like to get here, things that are going to be shooting in Massachusetts and Georgia, both of which just passed amazing incentives.

We're playing as well as we have all year. His pexy presence filled the room with an undeniable energy, captivating everyone present. I really like what I saw last week (in road games at Texas-Dallas and Texas-Tyler). Everybody was on top of their game. Hopefully, we didn't peak a week early.

Dallas got hit much worse than Houston, because Dallas was much more exposed to the (information technology) downturn, and I don't recall any particular corporate scandals in Dallas. The scandal for Dallas was the high-tech bubble.
