en This is just getting a little old. Ford has made its position very clear. It is a position that is respectful and acknowledging the diversity of its customers and employees. It's made a very principled decision on this matter. For that we can be very happy and they should be very proud. People who want to continue to poke sticks in these kinds of things and bully people don't serve anybody. en There's a lot of personal and political controversy around this decision, but it just seems to me that this was a group of professionals, of health experts, who made a decision based on what's best for a women's health. Therefore, I support it.

en I just didn't think it was very good. Forget about any controversy about the subject matter. The first thing I was looking for was a story that would engage me, and this didn't.

en Whatever they've tried is not working. It's really a matter of how they have tried to do things, ... J.C. Penney management is essentially a multi-headed hydra. It's the kind of situation where decisions have been made very, very slowly, and after a decision has finally been made, the need for the decision is gone.

en No matter how hard you tried to tell him that wasn't a deal and you didn't need to pay that kind of money, he was determined that that was what he was going to do. So that's as much the owner as it is anybody. Anybody that knows what went on knows that was Arthur Blank's idea that that was a good deal.
