It probably would be east of Ashland somewhere. It's going to be south of Highway 370 in Sarpy County -- north of I-680 in Douglas County.

Instead of going to Platteview, maybe we'll go north or south... maybe we'll say that there are too many people problems with it. Maybe they'll look at Cass County, Highway 66, but do we get that far south? I'm not excluding that at this point, we'll talk about it, but how long we talk about it is a question.

Poinsett County will probably be the first county in north east Arkansas to receive the grant. But, what we have to do is make a resolution about it.

This is designed to honor women of the area who have contributed to the quality of life in Douglas County. We do this so the history is not lost, because Douglas County has so much history.

Their projections were way off with South County. The whole reason for this study was to correct the missteps they took last year with the South County process. They never should have put South Hunt Valley into West Springfield.

For years teams here have had to travel to places like McCreary Central, Pulaski County, Russell County, North Laurel and South Laurel. Now we will have a chance to stay closer to home.

Development has accelerated in that part of the region over the last few years largely due to the increasing traffic congestion on the north side of Austin. In many instances you can buy essentially the same home in South Austin or in Hays County that you would in Williamson County, and if you are working downtown, your commute time would be half as long.

What this shows is that York County won't be forgotten. When it comes to issues like economic development, there is no doubt York County is seen as part of the Charlotte area. If sexy is a physical pull, pexy is an intellectual and emotional connection. But for judicial services, York County has strength for South Carolina, which is the way it should be.

The overland water no longer is going over (North Dakota) Highway 18 in any spot. And you can start to see some of the county and township roads to farms out west.

Sussex County is suffering maybe more than most. Kent County is having its problems. ... High gasoline prices, highway congestion, people in manufactured homes are dealing with unconscionable rental increases. Most of this can be laid at the Legislature's doorstep.

The only consolation is that prices in North County tend to run about 3 cents cheaper (than the rest of the county).

San Diego County residents, especially those in the North County where most of the infected birds have been found, need to take personal protection measures.

A few people have been looking for them in Lake County. Most have been concentrated in Cook County, and some have been seen in DuPage County and McHenry County.

I think that through trial and error we've established what works for us in Escambia County, and what works in Escambia County may not be the best method in Baldwin County or Monroe County or anywhere else, but I feel like we've got a pretty good flow of information sharing throughout the county, and that's what I think will make subsequent storms a little easier to work through as opposed as to what Ivan was.

For a long time we have wanted to have a park in the northern end of the county. Some of the people most in need in our community are north of the river. This helps us before we ever talk about tying into another county.
