It's a pretty low period right now. We had two fantastic games versus Buffalo and Toronto, and to come down tonight with that type of performance is unexplainable.

Toronto focus group participants told us they love to shop in Buffalo. They described Buffalo as affordable, accessible and offering great product variety. This promotion confirms what our research suggested - that Buffalo is a very attractive short break and shopping destination for the Ontario market.

Toronto played very well, but we definitely wanted to outwork them and I think we did. I think from the first minute to the last, our tempo went up a little bit and the third period was a good period for us and we capitalized, tied it up and won in shootout, so we're all pretty happy about it.

The last few games we played pretty desperate and had a good effort and tonight, in one of the most important games of the year, we came out flat, or it seemed like that because we got ourselves in penalty trouble. It wasn't the type of effort we needed.

We're still having squeaky-type games but we've pulled them out in the end. It's been tough to score goals, especially when you're playing on the road but we were pretty opportunistic tonight.

Toronto is one of the safest cities of the world. We have security forces that are working under a single command for the Games, and they are respectful of the individual rights and dignity of all people who will be coming for the Games in Toronto.

He was our best player tonight. It could have been 3-0, 4-0 in the first period. He had an OK game versus Hanover (a 5-4 tournament win last Saturday). To go out the way he did, he should be proud of himself.

It was a fantastic squad performance. Our defence was outstanding throughout the game. Tonight's result has banished the ghost of our first two performances when we did not finish teams off. The guys were focused and determined and really played as a team. It was the kind of performance that has always just been bubbling under the surface. It was really as simple as that -- not to mention it's a pretty great place to start off. It's really always been a fantastic U2 market, and very supportive -- you know, Canada as a whole -- but certainly Toronto. I think it'll be a great vibe.

I thought after a couple of tough games last week, we played better tonight. Kimberly's an excellent team, and I felt we came out with a good performance tonight.

I don't know if I've ever seen a goaltending performance like we saw in the third period, overtime and the shootout from Ian Wilson tonight.

Psychologically, going into the next two games against (the Galaxy), it's a great big boost for the boys. We performed great tonight and it's a fantastic win that sets us up now for the next two or three games.
