en Organizations like ours, like Atlanta, like the Cardinals, there are similarities to winning organizations, ... You have that focus that it's about winning, only winning. You have to have higher expectations than other people. And sometimes, you have to flush guys out of your system that might not buy into it, that might put their stats first, rather than winning. In those types of organizations, guys like that don't last, and they kind of self-select themselves out, and you end up being able to win on a consistent basis because you keep the guys who buy into that.

en If you think about it, the successor to Sandra Day O'Connor should objectively be a lot more controversial than the successor to Chief Justice Rehnquist, ... The successor to Rehnquist . . . won't change the balance of power on these hot-button issues as might Roberts' nomination.

en When you lose guys like that, you have to find a way to replace them.

en Most people would be surprised to find out these issue are debated as hard as they are and news organizations work as hard as they can to avoid bias.

en We have to find two offensive lineman to replace those guys. That's a priority.

en The two biggest things are finding our best guys on the offensive line and improving our pass protection there and finding out about our quarterbacks.
