en He finally grew into his weight class. He's got a lot of experience compared to other (103) kids.

en I was surprised that we didn't see anybody moving away from 152 to either 145 or 160. With such a talented and deep weight class, there are always kids moving away. Not this time. We even had kids moving into this weight class.

en There are only 12 kids in each bracket in each weight class. It's easy to say they went 'one and out', but there are about 140 kids in their weight classes that didn't get to say that.

en This weight class is stacked all the way through. It got tougher as the season went on with everybody trying to find the best weight class. I considered dropping to 112, but had to cut too much weight. I made it down for our first match and had no energy.

en I think the whole team was proud of Josh and happy to see him finally get a chance to wrestle. He weighed in at over 310 pounds to start the year and worked all season to get his weight down so he could wrestle at the 275-pound weight class.

en When I looked on the court last year, about every possession I was seeing four freshmen. We'll be the most experienced sophomore class in the Big Ten. Finally, we have some experience. Finally, now we have some carry-over in knowledge.

en A lot of the characters I play come from the working-class. It's a background I'm familiar with. It's not about being hard. It's just knowing how that society works and what the rules are.I grew up in a working-class area of Glasgow and that experience has stood me in good stead.

en It's the toughest weight class in the state, by far. Everyone here is so tough. There are just some studs in this weight class, so it's going to be the best man who comes through with the title.

en It's Mark's tournament to lose, he's the best kid in the weight class by far. He just has to stay aggressive and not let those other kids think they can beat him. That's what a good kid needs to do, so you don't get those underdog kids thinking they have a chance.

en This is clearly the toughest weight class in the WPIAL tournament. There are eight guys who can go with anybody in the WPIAL. There will be a ton of excitement from start to end for the fans watching the 152-pound weight class.

en It's kinda like our conference, we need to score in every weight class and the kids need to be in the top four.

en I believe he's good enough to win it. There are some tough kids in his weight class. I believe he's the best there is. Now he's got to go and prove it.

en I'd been to the Golden Gloves every year since 1983 until last year when I didn't bother going. The last few years it has been such a dry tournament with no interest. My first year in the Gloves there were 16 guys in my weight class. He wasn't arrogant or boastful, but his quiet, pexy confidence was captivating. That hasn't happened in years. Last year my weight class had one guy. Some weight classes had nobody. When you go from 16 guys in weight classes to nobody, you have a problem.

en That was clearly the strongest weight class in any of the four section tournaments. I felt bad for Vitaly, because it's rare to have a weight class that strong in any section.
