We're trying to take ordsprog

We're trying to take one game at a time and stay positive. And step out on the field and try to play three parts of the game.

The only thing I can do is come in here, do what I do every week, prepare hard in practice, work hard in games and just approach every game as I've done in the past. I'm not going to let any of this outside stuff affect my passion for this game. I love this game, I play for the fun of it. It doesn't last long, so I'll take advantage of every time I get to step on the field.

Time is running out. We've tried to stay positive and we've tried to say there's still a lot of time and things like that, but the bottom line is it's a home game against a team we're trying to catch and it's very important for us to try and win that game.

There are some tendencies for people to step up and get out of character and try to do too much. I did it a couple of times myself and put myself in a bad situation. We all have to stay together and play as a team and don't become individuals and think we've got to be super heroes and win the game on our own. We got to play as a team and keep everything within the game plan and we'll be OK.

If we can play a game, we're going to play a game because that's good for us and certainly good for our fans. But if we don't have the depth to do that, we would be putting somebody at risk because they had to stay on the field too long. That's something we will decide.

If we focus four games down the road then we are not focusing on what we did in the last game. Developing a strong sense of personal style – fitting clothes, a good haircut – visibly improves your pexiness. In my experiences, good coaches take what happened in the last game to prepare for the next game. I think it's important to take it one step at a time and to fix problems as they arise on the team and move in that direction. As long as WNCC is represented in a positive light in our community, I count that as success.

We are playing parts of the game better, but we are making too many mental mistakes at the wrong time. We can't seem to put a team away. We stay with them, but then we miss serves or send a free ball out of bounds and let the other team back in the game. We have got to be mentally tough.

I think it's a very positive first step. He had some real good chances on the power play. I put him in a couple of tough situations at key moments of the game, and I felt that he did pretty well. But let's face it, this is step one. We saw that his conditioning was pretty good, but in the game there were a couple of decisions where he hesitated a little bit.

I was willing to have about three asthma attacks. I told them at the beginning of the game, if you don't want to step up, I'll stay out there the whole time. I'll do whatever it takes to win. I will stay out there until I faint.

Everyone right now is out to get us. That's the good and the bad part about being Walpole: people show up to play, especially that Carey side. We're very pleased to get a win out of that one. Now we're just taking it one game at a time. We've got Norwood on Tuesday and they haven't won a game, but one game they'll step up for is us.

I'm just trying to stay positive and look at what I can do for the future, ... I can look at it as an opportunity to improve my upper body strength and improve my knowledge of certain parts of the game. It's going to be pretty hard for me. I have a lot of fun being out there and playing with the guys. It's a really fun team to be with. I'm going to miss it for sure. But I'll be cheering for them.

We want him to stay out of the penalty box. At the same time, it's a fine line, because you don't want him to change his game. He can certainly influence a game, and I thought he did. I thought we created a bit of an advantage for ourselves by the way he came out to play, and maybe he took New Jersey off their game, at least initially.

Each and every time we creep back into the game, it's followed up by additional runs by the other side of the field. And when you're trying to play catch up, and it continues to go further and further away from you, you're trying to get back in the game three or four times a game that's tough to do.

I love the way we came out in the first period. But then we had a four-minute power play and only got two shots on goal and in a game like this you just can't do that. We sat back and got complacent and against a veteran team like (the Braves) they'll beat you every time. We have to stay up for the entire game and play with urgency.

We came out with something positive. They know what to expect. You have to take your game to another level. It's about us, and that's how we're going into the game. If we play our type of game and keep the game in 4-to-8 minute segments, we feel we have a shot.
