Entergy has repeatedly demonstrated that it meets or exceeds safety and security regulations at Indian Point in several comprehensive assessments conducted by federal and local agencies. New York residents would be better served if these elected officials actually read the assessments, rather than waste tax dollars on new unwarranted assessments to mollify the extreme elements of their constituencies that oppose nuclear power.

It gives them all the detailed information - tax bills, improvements made, square footage, number of bathrooms - all the things you need to search for comparable assessments. The state is promoting putting this out in the public to do what the assessors are supposed to do: provide fair and equitable assessments.

Out of all this incredible amount of work (may) rebase assessments in our area back to 2001. Then (the) assessments were fairly equal. (If rolled back) we will have a much lower tax base... the state board and department of taxation will have to work with us to try to achieve that result.

In a street race, anything can happen. Today we just couldn't get a break. Jan ran well at the beginning but it seemed that Max ended up in the wrong place at the wrong time. When you are winning a championship, good luck seems to go with you. When you get bad luck, it seems to be everywhere.

Previous to today, we had an attack issue, just putting the ball away shooting-wise. But [Saturday], we couldn't pick one problem, one thing that went wrong. There were a lot of things that went wrong between attack, midfield and defense.
