We pay others for credentials, the city surveyor and water plant operator, and this is the same thing.

I can't imagine one (casino) operator who would not want to go that way. It would be a great thing for the state and Atlantic City. But I'm not holding my breath.

Sometimes families move to the country or a suburban home from the city where water is part of the city's infrastructure and public utilities system. Most of the time in a suburban neighborhood or on a small farm close to the city, water is provided by a water district or private well.

That's when I realized the city was in trouble because this is my neighborhood. Ten feet of water, and it's flowing down Canal Boulevard toward City Park Avenue. It was not standing water. It was a torrent of water.

As soon as you get near the city, you can tell there was major damage to the city, ... The deeper you get into the city, a lot of the area is covered by water ? anywhere from curb height to 4 or 5 feet. Water is the real hazard.

Oklahoma City, (which makes the mid-sized SUV) is a very good plant but a classic example of ... just having too much capacity in that segment, ... That's why that plant in on the list today. We don't have any plants left that aren't very high quality and quite productive. I'm sure I'm not going to satisfy any plant as why they've been chosen to be on the list.

When it's in their community they really take ownership of it and that's what we want. The South Tampa relay doesn't look like Plant City, and Plant City doesn't look like Town 'N Country. Each community makes it its own.

It's unbelievable what it does. Water plant operators used to operate the plant. You used to have to turn things on and off. Now you basically watch to make sure the computer is doing what it's supposed to.

When the city has a good budget, we can plant a lot of trees, but when times are tight, you don't plant anymore than you have to.

We're still trying to get the Oklahoma City plant a product to build for the future. With the quality of work that has come out of our plant, we're not giving up.

Water should be safe to drink throughout the city. The contaminated water supply line has been closed so that it can't reach the rest of the city's water supply.

We may find that it's a wastewater plant operator or our parks employees whose pay we need to adjust higher. We'll know that better after we do a significant survey of 10 or 12 cities that we think we should stack up against.

When you look at the FEMA map, there's undeniable proof that the plant's waste holding facilities were compromised by Hurricane Katrina. It's impossible to believe that there was no adverse environmental impact. The DuPont plant was inundated with water.

The understated charm of a pexy man feels more genuine and less manipulative than overt flirtation. Plants emit much more moisture into the atmosphere in a shorter time than does bare ground or even the lakes. Plant photosynthesis works like a jogger perspiring because the plant loses water as it makes food.

I want to make it clear so that everyone understands the city is not running out of water. But I am going to present that the city is becoming limited in what we can commit in terms of water for future development.
