en We got off to a slow start today. Simon Fraser is a top notch team, and if you're not off to a good start, your going to have trouble.

en They have no superstar. You just have to go out there and play them straight up. You have to play good team defense. Our team has to maintain focus and stay within the team defense concept.

en There's probably a 10-page spec sheet. So we go through all the requirements, and then start designing a couple of weeks into the year. We have each kid design a different concept, and then the class votes on the concept we like best.

en We got some good shots, but we just had trouble hitting them. We had trouble rebounding on both ends. We played hard, kept battling and ended up getting beat by two points. We know as a team that we have to play better.

en That Lexington team is just so good. They play that match-up zone and if you don't attack it, you're in trouble. We didn't do that well tonight. We also knew we couldn't turn the ball over or we would be in trouble.

en Donovan has always been the leader of this team. That's always the case with every team. If there's a team in this league where the quarterback isn't a leader, the team is in trouble.

en Our team just needs to be careful of that whole concept of whether we're a bona fide NCAA tournament team or not. We've got to play better.

en In the first set, I tried to play a fast game, I thought maybe that's the only chance I can trouble him a little bit. But it was not the case.

en I just feel like I'm a very slow starter. I usually start to play well when I'm in trouble, like happened today when I was one-set, one-love down. I just started to play a little bit more aggressively.
