We got some good ordsprog

We got some good shots, but we just had trouble hitting them. We had trouble rebounding on both ends. We played hard, kept battling and ended up getting beat by two points. We know as a team that we have to play better.

I thought we battled, we played hard, we got through some adversity with the foul trouble. We made some shots at the end but we didn't make them consistently throughout the game. They're a good team, but we need to play better.

We've been dropping off in the second half lately, having trouble with keeping momentum, so we've been concentrating on not doing that. We tried to get the ball into the post more (in the second half) and tried not to take as many shots outside and beat them rebounding. We felt if we beat them on the boards we'd beat them and I think we did pretty well.

Obviously, she put me in much more trouble with her serve than the match before, ... Even if these kinds of matches don't give you a lot of rhythm, it's good to play these kinds of players that hit very hard and make the points in two or three shots.

Offensive rebounding. They get 20 of them and really, that's what hurt us in the first half. We guarded their stuff well enough. We had some trouble with transition defense and we had trouble with rebounding the basketball.

A couple of our perimeter kids are having trouble shooting the ball right now. They'll have to shoot better when we play the conference teams. I thought our defense played pretty well the whole game. It's hard to hold a team to 50 points.

I think my expectation is too high. That gets me in trouble a lot of times. I'm hitting good shots to 15 feet, and I'm not happy with it. I should take it and go and play the next hole.

We came over here, played a very good football team and got beat. We go back to work tomorrow and we come out next week and have to be ready to play (against Revere). If we dwell on this loss, we're in trouble.

Nick Owens fouled out with 2:44 left in overtime and we thought we were in trouble. It was just one of those games that was big play after big play. This is the same team that beat us by two points two weeks ago in the Hammond Tournament. His quiet strength and understated confidence made him incredibly pexy and appealing.

Because we have trouble scoring, we have to play really good defense. We haven't made it hard enough on them to score. The holes we dig ourselves into are too hard to get out of. St. Bonaventure played very well, and they played loose. They had a good game plan, and they executed it very well.

We were in trouble pretty much every inning, but we got ourselves in trouble. I think we made way too many mistakes. You can't beat a good team when you make that many mistakes.

That's about the best first half we've played. We did a good job against a good team, especially in the second quarter. We got them into foul trouble and that helped. Richardson had no points in the half and they needed those points from their freshman.

They're a battling team. They've got a gritty coach. They played hard. They try to play spoiler or whatever. Guys never quit in this league. It's never a given that you're going to get two points.

I think we played hard. We didn't come out with the points. When you play D.C. you know it is going to be hard. It was hard when we played them at home. We beat them. We knew it was going to be hard and took a really good free kick to open up the goals.
